I wasn't actively looking to buy my first place, but stumbled on a condo nearby my wife really likes. it's huge and has a lot of space for her to craft. no verizon fios, only spectrum (HORRIBLE upload speeds) welp, this might be a dealbreaker. a travesty we have to deal with garbage internet choices in NYC 2025

If you have the right/permission to access the roof to install a starlink antenna + run cabling in a condo building, you would have the option to do the same for Verizon Fios which is vastly superior.
