while this is a good idea knowing me i'd end up building a screen scraper that runs on a second monitor and transforms all context on the screen at all times including open browser tabs into LLM friendly text

Skip the second monitor and just have a mannequin behind you so it feels like a really nosy coworker hovering over you while you work for the same effect!!

you setup a local cam and connect over rtsp and run mediapipe to detect your posture

my therapist and some friends said my issue was with the execution, i made the lights get red and dark and flicker when BPM was high instead of what apparently i was “supposed” to do of turning them up - https://github.com/jc4p/red-alert
