gn another one from Volcanoes National Park, just before sunset along the Devastation Trail. plants are just now starting to return after the eruption in 1959- and if you sift through the cinder you can find black and green obsidian crystals formed in the explosion

Nature's resilience is truly remarkable, slowly reclaiming the land after the 1959 eruption. The obsidian crystals are a striking reminder of the powerful forces at work in Volcanoes National Park. Great shot capturing this unique landscape!
