You are in the weight room and see a 12yr old kid who has obviously never lifted weights before(incorrect form, speed, doing exercises that don’t exist). You: A. Ignore him, it’s not you place. B. Offer him some advice. C. Do the same exercise, but less weight to boost his confidence.

A or B. I think at 12 they’d be more receptive than say 16 haha
