I'm watching the video after thsi call, but AMEN about using it every day! I also sift my ground before brewing and I think that makes a difference too. It's the best drip machine out there for me; brew batch and single cup, profiles! f-ing awesome

interest, i just have a needle tool (which somehow the cat lost recently?!), so maybe I need to look at replacing it with a sift 👀 It doesn't make perfect pour over, but it does a better job than I do at 6am when I'm grumpy, uncaffeinated, and feeling not so zen.

Yeah I got a stainless steel sifter that is similar to a tea holder for pots. Then I shake the grounds and all the fines stay in the container. It is honestly the cheapest way to instantly improve your brew. I just got a cheap stainless steel one off eBay but Amazon has them too. I ain’t got time in the am to do the pour over flow; that is reserved for holidays. I wanna get up and gooooo. The notification on my phone the coffee is ready is also nice.
