treated my hubby to a super kewt dinner date at a fantastic soba restaurant we have wanted to try to say thank you for all the help with my permanent residency Visa in Japan we each had cold soba noodles & shared our tempura with each other, i got oysters & they got burdock root possibly the best soba i've ever eaten

it would be a 3 way tie for handmade 100% buckwheat soba noodles (juwari soba I think it's called), good handmade lasagna noodles, and the hand-pulled La Mian Chinese noodles i get at good old school dim sum shops sometimes

yesbin my top 5 noodles would be Thai noodles I think I like pad see ew and pad Kee mao w better than pad Thai tho and vietnamese rice noodles hands down the best pad thai I ever had was at a street cart at the flower festival in Chiang Mai Thailand about 20 years ago ish

Wow you know lot about Thai cuisine! very cultural! You definitely love traveling 😄😄 will love to go for food hunting with you sometimes, I love padthai but not every padthai on the tourist area is authentic. Real one need to be sweet and sour!

i spent a few months in Thailand on a couple different trips the place that i've been near there that i loved the most was the country of Laos it's such a unique place as a Buddhist\Communist Nation that somewhat recently opened up to tourism when i was there maybe 10 years ish ago they had just opened to tlurists
