treated my hubby to a super kewt dinner date at a fantastic soba restaurant we have wanted to try to say thank you for all the help with my permanent residency Visa in Japan

we each had cold soba noodles & shared our tempura with each other, i got oysters & they got burdock root

possibly the best soba i've ever eaten

i'm not sure where you live, but i would look for a specialty Japanese soba restaurant. if not soba's pretty easy to make. it's just a noodle, the trick is to cook it exactly the number of minutes they say because if you cook it too long it loses its backbone as they call it here or Al dente as they would say in Italy
