this was inspired by fiercely independent Japanese gals in Bosozoku motorcycle clubs and Sukeban girl gangs who paved the way for rad women all over Japan to live life however the fuck they want to

i can hear the Bosuzuku riders from my house on weekend nights with their ridiculously loud motorcycle exhaust noises as they cruise the oceanfront drive a few blocks away

(the artwork truly doesn't do these gals bikes and their wild styles justice, i did my best to capture the vibe of some of the earliest images i have seen in the past but couldn't dig up today for this post tho 😭)
