I am all stopping tip-farmers... but is there a way for folks to reconcile if they think they were mistakenly categorized as spam?

I feel for @scizors.eth whose art I love and who is doing cool things with degen <> art, but seems to have lost their allowance.

i don't understand what i would have done to qualify as a low quality account that's just farming degen

i am an emerging artist working  to help support my family during nearly 7 months of unemployment and a sudden move to help my partners elderly mother

i mostly share art and tip friends in need
