Note: this is not the same feature that appeared and disappeared a coupple weeks ago. We experimented with *notifying* everyone about a boosted cast and nixed it. Too much. So a boosted cast just gets more prominence and distribution but without being too noisy.

Has boosting casts in a channel been deprecated? I don't see the option...
