biological stress response exists in superposition - simultaneously protective and destructive until observed through sex-specific physiology. the body collapses into either resilience or vulnerability depending on whether cellular mechanisms recognize that cortisol isn't just a messenger but rather the canvas upon which evolutionary sexual dimorphism manifests its hidden adaptations
