As we draw nearer to the v1.4.0 upgrade (first stage of Dusk) and v1.5.0 (when tokens unlock and can be spent), a number of people interested in investing in Quilibrium Inc. have come through various channels. I want to firmly reiterate a very important statement:

We will not engage in token warrants. Period. Quilibrium protocol's tokens are fair launch. The dev team will not budge on this. There have been some folks (not all for sure) who think trying to spend my time to wear me down will get me to agree to one. I will not. The protocol is set in stone for how tokens will work.

Does this make fundraising exceptionally hard? Yes. But that is a sad reflection of the state of things. As I wrote to one VC: the majority of funds would not invest in Satoshi were Bitcoin launched today.

We're building something very different for the world than the status quo. So please, stop wasting my time.
