To elaborate, I really mean that I think it’s possible to invest in technology companies that aren’t billion dollar opportunities and still make money. Requires very different entry prices and responsible growth / spend after that

For years the way that people showed that they had a “successful” business was to show customer growth and revenue growth. A lot of it was with the use of VC money as incentives. Only recently have bootstrapping and margins come into the conversation and become popular and interesting for investors and operators.
