I want to buy a MacBook Air for coding side projects while traveling for work. Have a beefed up MacBook Pro at home so it doesn’t need to be my main machine but wanna be future proofed. What specs should I get?

These days I'd prioritize storage. I have an M1 mac air and it's still rapid. I never struggle with coding tasks, gaming, nothing. The only problem I run into is that everything is getting bigger. I find myself having to clear out old docker images far more regularly than I'd like

M3 13” with 16GB is plenty; light, fast… inexpensive

oh the new m3 airs are dope for this. Powerful enough for a rocket in your lap but way lighter

Max out specs because if you don’t it will feel very frustrating compared to what you are used to.
