i don’t get it, why do I hear all the time from people who hire that it’s difficult to find employees while people without jobs saying there are no jobs?

That's like saying "leetcode can solve this" to me.  Scoutgame may have some hiring alignment with some organizations, but it's not a replacement for getting to know an individual.
