I suspect there are some interesting microbusinesses to be built with frames / actions / direct casts.

Sending an email newsletter would have a low open rate. But sending a tailored link via direct cast every day or 1x a week could be extremely high open rate.

so you'd want a DC digest of the most active users of a type you specify (buildooors, good casters, popular shitcaster, etc.) ?

yep like a frame were people could subscribe to a dc with maybe 10 active users send to them daily (or another interval) from a bot-or-not type. could be a great way to discover new active users and maybe even powerlift them to the badge.
