- Allow people to spin up a new fundraising goal. Do it as a frame.

- Maybe focus less on startups because of regulatory and more on funding open source software, public goods, art or journalism.

- Default mode should be like kickstarter where you have to reach the milestone before the funds are unlocked. Show who has already contributed in the in feed frame image. 

- If people install the frame, send notifications to people who follow the campaign creator 

- Nudge campaign creators to kick off new campaigns on Tuesdays after the rewards go out

- Charge a small % or optional tip

Challenge accepted.

is this a weird idea...?

mini app for people to commit to funding a bounty. like what you already have except the proposal isn't by a builder but by someone saying "I want this thing built and if enough others want it built too then we unlock a pool for a builder that delivers"

for consumers: helps them fund a builder that can execute on what they want
for builders: derisks finding a project with a big enough TAM to get paid

I like it but you quickly can run into many issues when it comes to which builder is going to make it, how to select them, and how to manage expectations of all who provided funding. Bounties had a similar problem but it's left to a single person to distribute rewards and even that gets messy as many submit.
