new on warpcast: mini app notifications grouping and disabling

new notifs still go to the top of the priority stack, but take only 1 slot per app vs taking over your whole page

also if an app feels like too much for you, you can disable the notifications straight from the settings page

shout out to @alvesjtiago.eth @warpcastadmin.eth @phil and other devs who pushed mini apps notifs to the limit

After @dwr.eth said don't let others DDOS your brain @woj.eth had no choice but to batch mini app notifications.
