Does anyone know of a tool that accepts video input, either raw video or youtube link, and it gives me an article form of the video? Written text + screenshots from the video?

This is along the lines of what I was looking for. Didn't know the term "AI SOP" but that gets me closer.

It's pretty much what I want: videos -> how to articles with pictures

Maybe one of those AI SOP creation tools can you get there? Like Sribe or do you want video + marketing content?

I think you might need to use a few tools for that.   one for the vid to text and one to summarize and write an article from the text (any LLM should be able to do that part).  screenshots are very difficult and may have to be done manually to find interesting content.
