I wonder how would this constant compounding with withdrawals? Does it mean the EIP allows to pause withdrawals for a given validator to let the earnings compund?

The is a dog food EIP to me. As much as I want to care, and know that increased blobs helps me out “eventually”, I can’t help be see this as the whales EIP. Just my optics, but I’m sure I’m not alone.

I feel like you've talked about this before, but is there any practical difference (from a protocol safety point of view) between having one validator with 2048ETH, vs having 2048ETH staked over 64 validator instances (controlled by the same party)?
