One of my 2025 predictions is that I believe a consortium of BlackRock, Fidelity and other high-profile TradFi companies will create their own new tokenized exchange as an Ethereum L2.

Every day I get more and more confident in that prediction.

1000000% RWA’s are the next logical step

BlackRock / JPM and the like have been badmouthing brypto for years all the while having crypto verticals

They know they can make insane bank with sequencers.

Push hard to make RWA mainstream > create an L2 > onboard a network of tradfi distributors > abstract the crypto UX > profit

The revocation of SAB 121 & 122 is setting up the stage quite nicely.

What if it's an L3 on Base? Or would that be unnecessary after more improvements to Ethereum's L2 support.
