One of my 2025 predictions is that I believe a consortium of BlackRock, Fidelity and other high-profile TradFi companies will create their own new tokenized exchange as an Ethereum L2. Every day I get more and more confident in that prediction.

They know they can make insane bank with sequencers. Push hard to make RWA mainstream > create an L2 > onboard a network of tradfi distributors > abstract the crypto UX > profit The revocation of SAB 121 & 122 is setting up the stage quite nicely.
