Why is my level taken from me again. Please you guys should fix this. My level3 and frens tag was taken from me the last time I lost my phone before I was able to get a new one... I was able to get back to level2 and now is taken away from me again 😔 Please fix @phaverapp @joonatan.eth @saska @tomi

The last time I lost my phone which takes my weeks to get a new one, and my frens tag with level3 was taken from. I came back active again, was able to get to level2. My last post was 9days ago. And I have been seriously ill 🤒 in the hospital 🏥 just getting myself back. Next thing my level is taken from me again, this are natural things that happen to people, I have been on this project for year+ bring in my whatsApp community members. This treatment is really bad. Me been sick for days to the point of death and getting myself back. All I came to see is my level taken again is really bad.

Please read the FAQ page, Cred resets every 30 dayd nothing is taken from you. You can only rug yourself :/

Thank you for your reply. It's well Life goes on, try again Never expected I will come from Level3 nd frens tag I worked so hard for to nothing. I thank God for my life, once there is life there is hope. Thank you for your time. ❤️
