19-year-old Lethu, like many young men growing up in townships, faces limited opportunities. Without access to higher education—a common reality due to financial struggles—he, like many others, is funneled into jobs with little room for growth. Waitressing, barista work, and other low-paying service jobs are his present reality, keeping him locked in a cycle where the dreams of a better future slowly fade away.
