I got a job through a friend. I have two employees under me. One of them is much more capable than I am. Actually closes all the questions, more intelligent, active and younger. After two months, behind my back began to whisper about my incompetence - everything is decided by this employee, not me. Whatever I do - I look ridiculous and incompetent, I react slowly. I feel like a grandfather. Acquaintances are already looking unfriendly, but so far they are silent.....
