trying to run the replicator by following instructions here 

think i am able to start the worker, but the backfill command gives the error 
- Failed to get max fid.

Any idea what may be happening? I set the env MAX_FID and also tried having it directly in the command itself.

Looks like it can’t connect to the hub? Is it running? Is the hub url correct? I think the port should be 2283?

thanks, looks like the hub is down for some reason. i was able to start syncing when i first started it. but unable to start the hub again. will try to debug.

while i have your attention, are you aware of any issues running a hub on apple silicon?

No, none that I know of. I use an M2 for development and it's worked fine.
