I think one of my top hiring mistakes was not looking at onchain activity of potential employees. You can’t build for consumers you don’t understand. To create superior onchain products, you need to be using all kinds of onchain offerings.

This is why using protocols on-chain was the first assignment I gave to all my hires. Even if they’re new to it, if they can figure it out and understand the protocols it’s a big plus.
