I feel like the rest of the team doesn’t get the same priority as the investors or users in some companies. 

What can you do as a founder to offer your team the best outcomes?

Agreed. Would be a great achievement to find people that are truly excited to solve the problem with ownership.

Equity is the vanilla answer which no doubt is important, but I've found that the team has to really enjoy working on the problem with ownership and autonomy to execute.

Structured learning pathways help the junior teams achieve best outcomes for themselves as well as the company. Trying this currently & seeing +ve signs.
