Great share @tpan. Whilst these solutions support engagement, the action of seeing a post and spending $0.20 is still a somewhat shallow commitment (as we've seen here with bots or bad actors will to paying 20x that to set up Farcaster ID's). Great for creators but leaves a lot on the table for them to understand who their real community is and if planning to incentivise how to ensure this isn't wasted on speculators and more.

Agreed. Replacing likes with mints is a step in the right direction, but not the end all be all. Always has to be multifactorial if there is a potential token or some other incentive either from network or creator side. In it's simplest form, there's a lot to appreciate in the emergent mints replacing likes behavior.
