This is a direct integration with GitHub which shows open source development so for a range of roles they do have meaning beyond GitHub as there is sources of proof of projects you contributed too not just claimed efforts that we see today

Thanks for sharing! :) I wonder how much information about builders' merits the poaps actually contain. Do you think they have meaning/value outside the context of Github? Is that relevant at all?
