really enjoyed this thread from NFX on the other app about finding your "wedge" aka the niche your startup aims to dominate BUT it must be a springboard to a larger market a good wedge is hard to find but creates relevant learnings as you grow 🌱 https://x.com/peteflint/status/1815849140829790561

Very nice share @lata enjoyed this, 590 $DEGEN. Do you think it's ideal to pick one wedge in story telling and direction setting? I know you state it's hard, I also agree 😅 All of the wedges seem logical in hindsight but proclaiming you now what TAM it will lead to is certainly difficult.

logical in hindsight is a great description for VC advice haha, 100% agree and "declaring a TAM" can seem grandiose at the early stages. Never one size fits all but I do think focusing on what you think your wedge is a good place to start - I find the following usually quite compelling what your mvp product enables + early user group who needs this & how you can leverage a fast feedback cycle from them + leading idea of how this can be expanded & why
