Why can’t user support tooling for products using social media platforms be better? Warpcast could be a great user support and success platform for brands to use but I often see a lot of security or product support questions to a channel or brand handle go unanswered. Some challenges or reasons I have spun up… - Cross-functional channel ownership (marketing vs. operations) - Lack of brand vs. people FID’s - Limited demand and examples are edge cases

As any new channel, I can only imagine that it has to have significant value (read:viewership) to gain any traction in any brand proceses. It looks there is still very much founder driven around here so no need for brand processes. My 2cts
