I did one week no caffeine last week. Amongst other variables this led me to needing to sleep for 30min each afternoon, crazy conditioning caffeine can have. How long do you think it takes to fully eradicate and find news sources of energy and focus in the day?

It’s ok! Good learnings for the next try if there’s one :)) also it’s hard to do this when working, much easier when on a break to break the habit Replacing with Matcha can also help a lot at first
