I don't know, but it seems it is not. I don't know how he did it, but I would be able to do this with a mix of many integrations of canva plus photomosh pro.

Then I could import this video to Photomosh pro and glitch it. Here is an example. I turned Color correction (saturation), edges and hue cycle on, and I got this glitch. I could have perfected it, but I am just producing it to show u how to do it. If I wanted to make it even more complex, I could take it from photomosh and put it on canva again to put more info and then photomosh again, ad infinitum (or up to the moment you are satisfied).

Yes, but how? I've done something like this on canva just to show u (h have to click on animation and make some animations) and then you go to photomosh pro to glitch it.
