i don't use any code. i use a program called 'aseprite', and i do all the animating, by hand (frame by frame), without any keyframes or anything like this. i appreciate the question! 🔥 💜 🔥

I don't know, but it seems it is not. I don't know how he did it, but I would be able to do this with a mix of many integrations of canva plus photomosh pro.
