Howโd you get the countdown image to work? Image timeout ? Is there a post being sent again to fetch newest and you manage game sessions with these + signed message so you know whoโs who?

Great question, to pull back the curtain a bit, we did a bit of a hack where the image you see is actually a GIF that is 20 seconds long ๐. 10 sec countdown and a 10sec wait. The system is able to track when you started and when you submitted a response. This way is both lightweight and very convincing.
