2 largest product mistakes i made when starting supercast:
- not starting on mobile
- not investing more in really good push notifications

in hindsight, supercast wouldn't be where it is if i didn't cut these (and other) corners, but i'd solve these first if i were to build a farcaster client from scratch again

imo writing + reacting to notifications is 99% of great social media experience

feed is really addicting and good for products like tiktok, but if you want your users to be productive you can almost cut it out and outsource it to an app like warpcast that focuses addicting people to content
