I am once again asking for scoped API keys + expiry

As a development agency we work with multiple clients, multiple teams and don't require them to have Neynar Keys during development. We take care of them.

Though having just one single Key means if one were to leak we'd need to rotate all + comm reset with neynar

2 would suffice now, then I can share one with CozyCast team to use during bounty completion and another that is pure internal with the current one then being the one I can share during development.

ack. we are working on dev portal improvements this summer. won't be available immediately (e.g. next week) but should be soon. Can create manually for you in the meantime. how many do you need?
