It's now been nearly 2 years since I quit my job at Google and began pursuing @paragraph full-time. During this time I: - raised funding as solo founder - grew the team to 3 people (w/ 0 turnover!) - personal happiness & fulfillment increased tenfold - I've traveled more than I ever have (⬆️ flexibility & freedom)

Curious to learn about growing the team and raising. Why did raising and hiring make sense at the time you did it? How do you deal with the „pressure“ of having investment What motivates you? (Yep abusing this for AMA, sorry 😘)

1) Wanted to grow quickly, and hiring is how to do that. Also, using VC money and not my own money de-risked personal finances 2) I have never felt pressure from having investment 3) Technical challenges, helping creators make money, building something novel
