good question, so i went to a few ugc content agencies

they quoted me $80 a video for 15 videos a week ($4800/mo) and showed me the videos they make for their clients and immediately knew i could automate all of those videos for less than $0.25 per video, which is the current video format you see on reelfarm

it also made me resonate with what a lot of my original customers who were saying they were using reelfarm to make content for their businesses (even though that wasnt the problem i was trying to solve)

the main "aha" moment happened when i realized my customers probably have no idea how to make content + i realized i could automate a specific video format that people pay $60-80 for and charge less than $1

There’s probably a ton of opportunities like this to replace agencies with AI.

The entire business model of an agency comes down to a “digital assembly line”. They create one size fits all, dead simple processes to build things for their clients. Most of those processes can be replaced by AI.
