Feature request: hosts being able to add moderation settings to channels that apply to ALL casts not just parent casts. For example, there is a user that is "banned" from posting in /bounties but they continue to reply within casts posted to that channel

FYI: that wouldn’t affect the protocol though. 

All users would see the curation only if all clients implement / enable it

Yeah that's why I posted in Warpcast, still the dominant client though. We will have a bot that auto notifies bounty posters but this would simplify the bounty poster's experience
