Ok, question for the unbiased big brains. Can bitcoin have a L2 rollup that satisfies the 5 slices of the decentralization pie or does it lack the expressivity? Not the marketing. Facts please.

I see two issues for a Bitcoin rollup 1) speed of the underlying chain. Every 12 minutes on average per block depending on TX speed of rollup could easily fill each block and BTC isn’t likely to increase block limit at least in the past 2) how do you secure the bridge with 1) in mind. Sequencing might be hard

These are technical problems to solve though unless ETH proves to be unusable I don’t think the positives make for economics to do it. Positives 1) BTC accepted as very very secure -> could work for small amount of high value TX in rollup like ETH L1 vs L2 right now

2) BTC as coin accepted and held by many and even institutions are onboard with BTC more than other chains so the business development angle may be a good play
