I (am biased) wouldn't put it exactly like that but it does seem more like "real ppl" talking over here

there's lots of spam here also, but if you use Warpcast as client it's mostly hidden.

Is there a way to mute/hide responses like these?

Hit the context menu top right and click report cast (marks it as spam and mute the user)

You could mute keywords but then all replies with 👍👍 or 👍 would be muted

yeah, it was inline as i was scrolling to responses, i didn't hit "show more" or anything like that.
