Fname rename tool.
Reason: hard to do by hands (spent 2h on it myself) and normies cannot change username at all

0. claim fname onchain.
1. transfer fname to fid:0 (burn your current fid) via fname api
2. transfer fname from fid:0 (mint your new fname) via fname api
3. tell to hub that you're using a new fname.
