deep link to mini app from a frame.

Why?
- no need to bring them in feed. Frame does that. No more overhead besides deep link on the Merkle side
- allows viral loops and mini apps to trigger casts -> embedded frame -> back to mini app flows
- allows cast actions to spawn frames that then launch into full blown apps and have the context be server side so mini app can resume from that cast context
