how do you feel on security assumptions from L3 -> L2 -> L1

we're not there yet that it's all trustless so I assume you'd need to trust the custom L3, then Base to stay neutral + decentralized and the L1 with potential bridges in between if you need to use them?

base settles into L1 blobs, L3 into L2 base blobs?

that will be interesting I could see a world with WASM being popular that there's a lower level C++ compiler that takes shared runtime multiplayer code from engines (Unreal / Unity for example) and compiles it down to WASM that then runs on the L3 that has WASM + some EVM for L2 compatibility

L3 will likely have alt DA

I expect L3s to be much more heterogeneous. over time L2 will converge to L1 decentralization and trust. L3 will have some that do that too, but also lots which are more trusteed / centralized.
