that was possible even before Transaction Frames with AA and the FID Signature from Frame being sent off the the Smart Contract Wallet :O

my take is different in that Transaction Frames are an important enabler, but the Wallet UX is still the main hurdle for end users

Imagine Farcon Europe 2024 in AMS. I invite my normie friends, tickets are onchain NFT's. 
My friends have fiat EUR, host wants to receive on-chain payments (EURC) as non-vola settlement currency, host doesn't want FIAT.

Who is solving this?

It requires a reconceptualisation as a whole imo. The goal is that a user can obtain 'something', purchasing a "digital/physical" good. To onboard masses, enable fiat payments and crypto payments from any chain seamlessly into the smart contracts with or without a wallet.
