State of web3 bridging in a nutshell. Chains should be abstracted away for the user will we ever want to onboard our friends & family. I don't think they will read or understand this guide.

Slowly coming to the realization that 'Being early' is the wrong framing to scale FC. It originates from extractive financialized crypto twitter behavior, with words like "soon 👀 ", "alpha". It leads mostly to financial casino games where the earliest "win", but does it really lead to more qDAU or client diversity?

Unpopular take: We are not early. We are more of a cult/silo echo chamber. The real challenge isn't onboarding people to this (casino/financialized) silo, but to transform the system as a whole into something useful and meaningful for a wider audience. Key here is client diversity IMO, with emphasis on difference.

Learning the other half today to earn a stable interest in DeFi. Wake-up call for me how confusing the current state of web3 UX is for new people. My optimism is strong, but: Bridging, different chains, usdc.e vs usdc, apps vs chains, network fee's, gas tokens, CEX wallet vs self cus. wallet. Much work to do. Build.

There is no valid excuse anymore to not put tickets onchain. The tech is there. Still I see a lot of crypto native events using the web2 brothers. Time to put the money where our mouth is I would say.

@perl Feedback: Since you can wager custom amounts, you need to arrange this outside of Farcaster. I just plainly forget this, and don't bet via the frame as I want to use custom amounts. Being able to bet from the timeline itself, was wildly simple & elegant. Going to perl.xyz is unneeded friction for the bet.
