what is the biggest difference between marketer/bizdev types and developers you found during your hiring journey?

Developer 🤓 build, develop and operate Farcaster solutions @ dtech.vision also love tech, decentralization, fitness and oldschool rap 😎

Marketing/Bizdev look similar but differ Marketing handle client relations and co-marketing, while Bizdev seeks new business using marketing. Devs, focus on coding, are akin to solutions architects or sales engineers, who demo software and provide technical insights in sales, matching developers’ technical expertise.
