Ok yeah they have more locations. Still not an auto replicating world wide network that Vercel and co provide. You’d probably have to manage hetzner + cloudflare to get the same latencies

or use their hetzner cloud for k8s and manage it. WIth vercel you pay for DevX

Strictly for dev things, running large services etc it’s probably better yeah. But users need the website hosted near their location otherwise they deal with long round trip because of physical latency. That’s what the CDN solves and most traffic goes through there
